Richard Feynman was a scientist. He said that Quantum Electrodynamics was found in all things. Although a ember of the Manhattan Project in World War Two, he was deeply affected by the devastation caused by the atomic bombs dropped on Japan. Later in his career he was involved in the investigation into the Space Shuttle Colombia disaster and although his enquiry was centred on failures of 'science' he uncovered the failures of 'people' involved in the project. Lessons learned by NASA from two tragedies have lead to development of workplace engagement and conflict competence. Richard Feynman's quote above demonstrates his humanity.
